What’s your milk of choice?
There are so many options out there, and a lot of misleading messages about what the “best” option is. Milk products can vary widely in their nutrient composition, so here’s a helpful graphic to compare them by calorie and macro compositions! What it boils down to is selecting an option that you digest well and enjoy the taste of. There’s no “best” milk for everyone, and we’re fortunate to have so many options available on the market!
