Easy zucchini protein muffins to prep for the week (or to make and eat the whole batch like i did)!
- Preheat oven to 350
- blend together: 1cup zucchini, 6egg whites, 1scoop protein, 3tbsp coconut flour
- bake for 20min
- ENJOY! (Save leftovers in fridge)
- I topped with some sf chocolate syrup
I used @pescience cookies n cream flavor for my protein powder (code LACEY for discount), but it should work with any protein powder
