‘Tis the season… For coughs and stuffy noses and sore throats. 😷🤧 If you are sick, you do not need to be working out! Your body needs rest and support to recover! Not to mention, if you are contagious, you could potentially spread infection to others around you. You will not derail your progress by taking a few days off for an acute illness. You’re not going to gain 10 pounds or lose all your muscle in the time you take to recover. Getting those extra few workouts in is 🚫 NOT 🚫 worth potentially extending your time being sick or making others sick.
