One of my favorite breakfasts to make when I travel.
I do bring a mini waffle 🧇 maker with me 😋, but the waffle recipe can also work as a mug cake if you don’t have one handy.
For the oatmeal, I recommend making the oatmeal first then mixing in the @pescience protein (protein4oats is really 😋 yummy with plain oatmeal).. I get the packets of GF @quaker oats & sample packs of @pescience to travel with so I don’t have to worry about measuring anything 😊
🧇 I used @siggisdairy & the travel packet of @pamcakespancakes for the waffles 🧇 (or mug cake if you choose),
but any Greek yo and protein pancake mix should work 👌🏼
