    Peanut Butter Protein Brownies

    These gluten free chocolate peanut butter brownies are 85kcals each (recipe makes 9).


    RECIPE:

    1.  preheat oven to 350 & grease a 8×8 or 9×9 baking tin,
    2. mix together the following:
      • 2 eggs,
      • 150grams (1 of the 5.3oz containers) @lightandfit 0% Greek yogurt,
      •  40grams (~6TBSP) @anthonysgoods coconut flour,
      •  40grams (~1/3cup) protein powder (I have tried with both @questnutrition & @pescience — both work great! You can use code LACEY to save $ on PES products)
        • You can also use 40grams protein pancake mix — I have tried with @pamcakespancakes mix successfully ( Code UPLIFT saves you $ on Pamcakes products)
      •  40grams (~3TBSP) @official_allamericanbutter peanut butter (I used the cinnamon toffee crunch Pb for these),
      •  10grams (2TBSP) @hersheys dark cocoa powder,
      •  1-1.5tsp baking powder,
      •  dash of salt,
      •  5-6Tbsp water
      • (You can add sweetener if you’d like – I liked these as is though )
    3. pour batter into tin and bake for 25-30minutes
    4. cut into 9 squares
    5. ENJOY!!! (I added some extra PB drizzle on top here)
    • Macros if you use protein powder: 8p 5c 3f (85kcals)
    • Macros if you use protein pancake mix: 6p 6c 4f (84kcal)
