    I’m not a big tofu person, but LOVE this recipe! I didn’t make it up myself, but you can find all the details here:

    • Each serving (3/4 cup or 3 oz) contains 250 calories, 4 g carbohydrate, (1 g fiber), 13 g protein, 20 g fat

    On the side, I added some yellow rice and steamed broccoli!  Enjoy!
