My meal prep for the week included this gluten free Mac-n-cheese dish!
- Just make a box of @eatbanza pasta as directed.
- microwave @boarshead_official uncured beef frankfurters for 2-3min & slice – or you could grill them too
- microwave/steam broccoli in your preferred method (I used the microwave again – about 5min on high for the 8cups)
- mix pasta and hot dog slices with 1/2cup of @missionfoodsus queso
- divide cheesy pasta mix into 8 containers (or less if you want bigger portions),
- add 1c broccoli 🥦 to each Tupperware
