I made @feelgooddietitian ‘s peanut butter banana bread yesterday! Really yummy & great macros (see photo below for macros per slice).
It makes 1 large loaf or 3 mini-loaves (which I divided into 12 slices). I think you could also make 6 muffins with it too.
I use @pescience Snickerdoodle (code LACEY for discount) for the protein powder, but if I make this again, I’d use 1/4c protein powder and 1/4c coconut flour
