This is the easiest way I can think of to “plan” a balanced meal without thinking too much:
➡️ pick a protein
➡️ pick a carbohydrate
➡️ pick a fat
➡️ pick out some seasonal produce
Then combine it all 🤗. For this meal, I chose the @wegmans Tzatziki sauce first, then chose foods I thought would be good with that 😋. Wegmans has single serving packets of the sauce (kind of like the single servings of PB or guacamole you can get), so it was perfect for meal prep so I could add the sauce at the time I ate it versus adding it before and stuff being soggy by the end of the week 😒.
Also – Spinach & Broccoli 🥦 are both seasonal right now, and also festive 🍀 if you’re wanting to make some healthier St. Patty’s meals 🍀
