Super easy lunch idea! And it only takes about 5min to make up 6-8meals.
I made up about 6 of these meals – one for Sunday lunch and the rest “to go” in meal prep containers for the week. I’ve been using this basic template for the last couple of weeks —- thanks to @bikini_ballerina sharing her “rotisserie chicken” meal prep a few weeks ago. It’s so easy! And $5-$8 on the chicken makes up 8-10meals I find with zero cooking on my part 🤗
🍗 1 organic colossal rotisserie chicken : i did 3-3.5oz per meal,
🍚 rice (i got the minute rice so it was quick to make) and put 1/2cup in each serving,
➡️1cup steamed green beans per container,
🌶1/2cup chopped red peppers per container,
& 1 single serving container of wholly guacamole @eatwholly
#macros per meal: 27p 32c 12f (338kcals)
