    Dairy and Gluten Free Blueberry Oat Muffins

    These blueberry muffins are just 6 ingredients (no protein powder needed for this one), and they make a great snack or side to an omelette for a breakfast or a brener.

    Macros per muffin: 5p 28c 3f (161kcals)

    RECIPE (makes 2 muffins):

    1. Preheat the oven to 350F
    2. Mix together the following ingredients:
    3. Divide batter in half and place into 2 greased muffin slots of tin
    4. Bake for approximately 30 minutes until done (edges are brown)
    5. ENJOY!
    6. Refrigerate leftovers
