This week has been a doozie & I’ll leave it at that. If your week has been one for the books 📚, this comforting breakfast makes all the difference. It will warm your belly and keep you full for hours.
➕@daveskillerbread Good seed bread
➕1/4 cup egg whites
➕2 Tbsp. Almond milk
➕1/4 tsp. Vanilla
➕1/2 scoop protein powder ( I used @pescience Cake pop – code LACEY for discount)
➕Dash of cinnamon
🖤Heat a sprayed skillet over medium heat.
🖤Mix the ingredients, except bread, into a large mixing bowl.
🖤Dip the slices of bread into the mixture, coating both sides.
🖤Fry the bread in the pan for 2-3 minutes on one side, until golden brown.
🖤Flip and cook other side for 2 minutes.
🖤Top with anything your ❤️ desires.
