5-ingredient gluten & egg -free chocolate chip cookie dough! (This could also be made vegan if you use a vegan protein)
MACROS per tbsp: 2p 3c 1f (36kcals)
I used my @kitchenaidusa food processor to make this- it took about 5minutes total. I think you could also use a high speed blender, but it may take a little longer to get it smooth.
Note: This dough is delicious as a “dough, but- you can ALSO bake the dough to make cookies too if you’d like.
you can bake at 350F for 10-12min, OR I discovered you can just microwave the dough for 1 Minute & it makes a cookie!
RECIPE (makes ~2cups or 32TBSP):
- place the following Ingredients into a food processor:
- Process food until smooth (this took about 2minutes for me),
- then mix in 4tbsp of chocolate chips (I used @enjoylifefoods dark choc chips)
- thattts it!!!
- Enjoy as dough or you can roll into balls/flatten & bake into cookies as desired! Italso tastes yummy as a spread on rice cakes
keep leftover dough stored in refrigerator
