I created a FREE 1600 and 1800 calorie diet Flexible meal plan for y'all. This document is an example meal plan for a set daily caloric intake of 1600 or 1800 calories with needs based on a 140lb individual with 1.5g/kg protein intake. You may substitute foods that fit your preferences, but be mindful of the caloric and macronutrient values used. I created this to show y'all how you can lay out a flexible dieting macro plan- no restrictions! Remember that in order for a diet to be successful- the key is for it to be sustainable. Regardless of your goal- hopefully this meal plan provides you with insight or gives you meal ideas!
